📦 Lux Somali – Vendor Order Fulfillment and Charges Guide

Welcome to the Lux Somali Vendor Network.

This page explains how to receive and fulfill customer orders placed through Lux Somali. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure smooth processing and timely payments.

1️⃣ Receiving a New Order

You will receive a New Order notification from Lux Somali via:

  • 📧 Email (with customer & order details)
  • 💬 WhatsApp (to your registered number)

The notification will include:

  • The Lux Somali Order Summary (customer details, products, and quantities)
  • A copy of the order summary to be included in the package

2️⃣ Fulfillment Timeline (⏰ 24 hours)

You must fulfill the order within 24 hours of receiving the request.

Fulfillment means:

  • ✅ Preparing and packaging the ordered product(s)
  • ✅ Attaching the Lux Somali brand label inside the package
  • ✅ Including a printed copy of the order summary in the package
  • ✅ Shipping the package to the customer’s shipping address (using your preferred courier/cargo service)

3️⃣ Sending Proof of Fulfillment

  • Take a photo of the packaged order (ready for dispatch).
  • Send the proof via WhatsApp to the same Lux Somali number that notified you about the order.
  • If a tracking number is available from the courier, send it as well.
  • ⚠️ The courier/shipping company must notify the customer directly using their own SMS/email system. Ensure the customer’s phone number (from the order summary) is provided to the courier.

4️⃣ Payment Timeline

After the customer receives the package and the delivery has been confirmed by Lux Somali, and after the 24-hour return period ends.

Lux Somali will then contact you to process your payment in your preferred method.

The payment amount will be:
💵 Full order value (including shipping cost) .– 20% platform service fee..

❗ Important Notes

The shipping cost is included in the product price during product submission

✅ Example Timeline

  • Day 1 (10:00 AM): You receive a New Order notification.
  • Day 1 (before 10:00 AM next day): You ship the package and send proof + tracking number(if available).
  • Day 2–3: Customer receives the package.
  • Day 4: 24-hour return period ends → Lux Somali processes your payment.

❗ Important Notes

  • Orders must be shipped within 24 hours.
  • Always include the Lux Somali brand label and a copy of the order summary in the package.
  • Tracking number should be shared if available.
  • Courier/shipping company must notify the customer directly.
  • Proof of fulfillment is mandatory.
  • Payments are only released after delivery confirmation and return window closure.
